Dr. Shunverie M. Rushing founded Rushing 4 Success with nearly 20 years of higher education leadership experience. Specializing in DEI initiatives, STEM education, program management, and student success strategies, Dr. Rushing is committed to transforming lives by addressing equity gaps and fostering opportunities for marginalized students.
